M Level Concierge is a boutique-style lifestyle management company that specifically deals with billionaires and their families as well as family offices and heads of state. Over the past 14 years of business, they’ve cultivated partnerships with some of the top luxury companies in the world such as LVMH, Baccarat Hotel, McLaren and more. They also handle requests for American Express Centurion, Visa Black Card, and most of the well-known concierge companies.
M Level’s mission is to offer specialized experience packages and exclusive perks to the world’s most prestigious events creating unique and memorable experiences.

Using the DSP, Choozle, we built custom audiences through 3rd party data vendors targeting a mixture of segments that feature the following characteristics and qualities:
- Individuals who are interested in Tennis. Sources: Self-reported surveys, Registrations and Buying Activity.
- Mobile users that attend tennis venues and events as participants or spectators
- Internet users who access information about tennis, its players and tournaments.
- People who have purchased tennis equipment in the last six months.
- Individuals With Expressed Interest in The U.S. Open. Apps in This Segment Might Include: NBC Sports, WatchESPN, BBC Sport, Bleacher Report, FOX Sports GO, 365Scores – Sports Scores Live, CBS Sports App – Scores, News, Stats & Watch Live, US Open Tennis Championships 2017, The Championships, Wimbledon 2017, Tennis TV – Live ATP Streaming, Australian Open Tennis 2017, The Official Roland-Garros App.
- Those who have declared an interest in the US Opens or navigated to pages, read articles, uploaded photos, etc. about Tennis.
To segment this data even more, we will be utilizing their geolocation and geofencing targeting and focusing on users who live in the top 10 highest annual income in Northern/Central New Jersey. This way we filter out anyone who most likely can’t afford any of our packages. Keep in mind, we can modify, edit, and optimize this targeting at any point during the campaign.
Next, we created a wide variety of advertisements across desktop and mobile browsers using programmatic display and display. Please find examples of both below.
Lastly, we created a landing page for all of the ads to lead to outlining each of the packages, contact form for more information, a link to their website. Every lead that filled out the form was added to an automated email drip sequence giving them more info on the company and multiple options to book.
